As the co-founder of Vida Activa, I am dedicated to helping others reach their full potential and find success in their daily lives. I earned my Doctorate in 2021, and I believe that growth happens best when it’s paired with challenge and passion. I strive to make every therapy session engaging and purposeful. As a bilingual therapist, I am proud to offer comprehensive services in both English and Spanish to fully support our community.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually embracing the outdoors. Whether it’s playing soccer, mountain biking, or hiking, I love staying active. Above all, I treasure quality time with my wife, daughter, and dog enjoying the simple moments that make life its own great adventure.

As the co-founder of Vida Activa, I’m passionate about blending clinical expertise with the simple joys of everyday life. After earning my Doctorate in 2021, I set out to provide care that looks at every client holistically—honoring their unique personality, culture, and goals. Dedicated to serving our community, I am proud to offer all of our personalized therapy services in both English and Spanish.
My favorite part of being an OT is the "craft" of it. I love getting creative with my hands, and I use that same energy to design therapeutic activities that are meaningful and enjoyable. When I’m not working, I’m usually outdoors with my family or staying active through sports—especially soccer. I love spending quality time with my husband, daughter, and dog whether we're on the move or enjoying a quiet moment at home.
